After two days of being held ashore because of strong winds, the sailors were met with a morning of no breeze, after launching shortly in the morning. Racing finally got underway around 2pm once the sea breeze kicked in with the race committee squeezing in three shorter 2 lap races in perfect conditions. Jack & Shaun (3,2,1) fought hard with Emmanuel & Theo (1,1,2) but managed to retain their lead to be crowned Viper World Champions 2017.
