The Festival of Sails traditional start began with the 176th Passage Race (Melbourne to Geelong) - light winds and Voodoo lead from the start. Forgone conclusion...one buoy got in the way and the pursuing TP52's pipped her right at the end in front of the clubhouse.
The Festival of Sails has a huge amount of classes racing throughout with many National Champs including the VX One and J/111 alongside the International Etchells, Cadets and Optimists - certainly was 'Super Sunday' for all of the sailors.
It was a magical on the water for the final day of the Festival of Sails. Monster wrap up with the massive cruising armada, wonderful S80s, Rating IRC and AMS yachts (including the TP52's) with a special focus on the multihull fleet.
