VRsport.tv return to Weymouth to film the 2016 Cadet Nationals. Today brings the practice day for the championship, which allowed for a relaxed morning on shore. The competitors took to the water shortly after lunch in perfect sailing conditions with a consistent 20 knot breeze. After a few deliberate general recalls to allow both the sailors and committee some extra practice, Ryan Wilkinson and Eliza Jones, had an impressive port flyer. After almost an hour of close racing, Harry and Faye Chatterton took the Bullet with the Speirs sisters, Isobel and Emily, Jamie Harris and Antonia Wilkinson picking up the remaining podium positions.
