The impressive 162 keelboat fleet, from twenty six nations, arrived for the Dragon 90th Anniversary Regatta hosted by the Yacht Club Sanremo. Unfortunately it was accompanied by strong and very shifty winds which created a nasty chop postponing the racing on the first day.
