The Festival of Sails traditional start began with the 176th Passage Race (Melbourne to Geelong) - light winds and Voodoo lead from the start. Forgone conclusion...one buoy got in the way and the pursuing TP52's pipped her right at the end in front of the clubhouse.
It was a magical on the water for the final day of the Festival of Sails. Monster wrap up with the massive cruising armada, wonderful S80s, Rating IRC and AMS yachts (including the TP52's) with a special focus on the multihull fleet.
The 2019 Royal Ocean Racing Club Caribbean Classic got underway in Antigua. From mighty maxis and multihulls to the vast array of cruising and racing yachts, the fleet of 76 entries from 20 different countries, was set to be one of the most diverse, the race has ever seen.
