With the clock ticking, the Gitana Team provide an insight into the last few hours on land for the sailors of the five-arrow racing stable. The final moments with the team, their nearest and dearest, docking out, the final adjustments and finally bidding farewell to their preparateurs just minutes before the starting gun releases them into the English Channel. They are finally aboard, bound for the open ocean.
