Charles Caudrelier and the Maxi Edmond de Rothschild crossed the finish line in the 12th Route du Rhum – Destination Guadeloupe as champions. Record smashed - 6 days 19 hours 47 minutes and 25 seconds, which led to Charles Caudrelier and the whole of Gitana Team taking the event crown.
