Day Three saw the end of qualifying for the Gold and Silver fleets here in Torquay. A difficult day for all personnel on the water as major windshifts skewed the race course, requiring the committee to abandon two races. In addition, long periods of postponement tested the sailors patience, only soothed by the warm, sunny conditions. The English Riviera once again challenged the sailors to use their full arsenal of skills and techniques as the breeze was rarely consistent in pressure. For now, a terrific vibe around the marina, who knows what tension will rise tomorrow!
